Quality

Quality is a continuing process from our pre-construction to post construction services. We ensure our projects consist of quality products, processes, people and long-standing relationships. One of our strengths throughout a project is our preparation for issues that may arise. We do not hand over problems to architects, engineers and owners, but instead come to the table with various solutions and ideas to work through the issue. We come with our experience and our willingness to be successful with the opportunity with which we have been entrusted.

TBC Operation Manager, Robert Napier states:
"A key ingredient for TBC is monitoring quality through the submittal process and transition from project completion to owner occupancy. We review a submittal not only to verify compliance with the contract documents but also to coordinate overlays with other trade submittals. Further, we generate our own punch list long before the architects or engineers. We also monitor and orchestrate quality on a daily basis helping to minimize a lengthy punch out process at the end of a project. We always want to leave a project with the owner pleased with a quick close out and not be overwhelmed with construction personnel as the owner prepares to occupy their business."
